About us
To unite and empower former seminarians from St. Thomas Aquinas Major Seminary Bambui by ensuring a Healthy integration into the society and lifelong spiritual, intellectual, and social growth while promoting leadership, service, and solidarity for the holistic development of the Society and The Church in general.
Mutual Support
As an association, LASTA has been able to raise funds from members to support several socio-economic activities of her members. Some of the LASTA members have acquired small grants for small scale businesses.
Empowerment
LASTA exploits the Community Based Rehabilitation Matrix (Education, Health, Socials, Livelihood and Empowerment) in most of her programs and activities. LASTA provides both moral and financial assistance to the activities of her ALMA MATER, Saint Thomas Aquinas Major Seminary, Bambui.
Projects
In the past we have had projects and projects that have not been realized. While thanking those who sacrificed a lot of time and energy to register LASTA, it is our fervent commitment to create a THINK TANK to closely work with us to see how we can work towards realizing projects that would be beneficial to LASTA and LASTANS.

Thank you all so very kindly for the confidence bestowed on me and my exco. A big thank you to the outgoing exco for the sacrifices made to lead us to where we are. A big thank you to each and every LASTAN for all our various sacrifices in being there for each other in moments of joy and sorrow. A big thank you to the members of my exco for accepting to work with me for the good of each and every LASTAN. A big thank you to God, the author of our being, for making it possible for us to be together as brothers and to be here today.
